About COMGRUPOS
Communication is not a gift. It is practice with a method.
Our goal is to improve the way people and teams relate to each other and work together. We don’t teach a standardised way of speaking: we teach clear, human, assertive speech that respects who you are.
COMGRUPOS develops communication, public speaking and professional presence using theatre as an applied methodology — the DPPT method, created by Andrell Lopes.
The starting point
Knowing your subject is not the same as holding the room.
Professionals who master their own field can still struggle to communicate ideas, sustain an argument, run a meeting or stand their ground in front of decision-makers.
Our approach is simple and demanding: developing communication through practice, awareness, technique and ongoing guidance. You start at your current level and grow from there.
What usually happens
- Solid knowledge, hesitant delivery.
- Good arguments that get lost halfway through.
- Meetings run on improvisation.
- Communication without method or consistency.
What practice builds
- Clarity to organise what needs to be said.
- Confidence to sustain arguments consistently.
- Judgement to lead presentations and meetings.
- Guided practice and ongoing support.

The approach
Knowing what to say is not enough. You have to carry how you say it.
The work doesn’t change your content: it organises the delivery. Voice, pace, presence and judgement stop being talent and become skills you can train.
- Practice before theory: you speak, observe and adjust.
- An original method, applied to your real context.
- Self-awareness as the starting point of every session.
- Ongoing support and development.
